Your Out-of-Pocket Cost?

There is no out-of-pocket cost to the retailer. We cover all costs associated with delivery, installation, and maintenance of the frozen treat Robots.

Who Services the frozen treat Robots?

We do! Reis and Irvy’s local staff operates, maintains, and restocks the unit. They are, in turn, supported by our corporate training program and nationwide marketing initiatives.

What About Cleaning?

We mandate that our franchisees or hired staff of franchises do a complete cleaning and breakdown of the machine once weekly. Throughout the week, they will stock and service the machine as needed.

How Do Customers Pay?

The frozen treat Robot accepts all major credit cards, Google Wallet, and Apple Pay. The unit can also be programmed to accept gift cards and unique promo codes for your establishment.

What About Storage?

We require a combined total of less than 25 square feet of freezer, refrigerator, and dry storage space for our yogurt, toppings, and paper goods.

And Plumbing?

The frozen treat Robot does not require any direct plumbing. We provide a mobile three-compartment sink — per health code regulations — to wash, rinse, and sanitize certain items. [Onsite drainage required.]
